Considering that until the CR announcement on the 29th Sept this stock has not traded below 4c for more than 3 days in the last 5 years I think there is little to worry about with the current SP. Most holders would currently have an average price above 4c so selling below this will only be done at a loss which most aren't inclined to do.

Makes me return to the question of why the price for the CR was set so low... personally I think management did this on purpose so they themselves could underwrite the offer and get a bunch of cheap shares. Other side of the coin is that IMO it speaks of managements confidence in the projects and that they are eager to load up on shares in expectation.
