I think you are wrong there mate, they could have raised at a higher price to the likes of SFR but weren't prepared to give them too much of the pie. The price of the CR won't hold much relevance going forward now it it is all going to be predicated by results etc.
JID maybe right in that some got preferential treatment but that is done, we have money to adequately explore the areas and now anyone wanting a fair chunk has to buy on market.
