I disagree Shimmer and retrac,
This was not a binary outcome - accept SFR as a controlling shareholder or untaken a heavily discounted CR.
As I posted previously, ADT were sitting on A$6.5m in cash immediately prior to the CR and I know for a fact that there were material funds sitting waiting for a placement (via Sprott).
I would be interested to know the participants of this CR round and what, if any, associations there are with the Board or related entities.
