Track got a great deal when Dom couldn't find any other source of funding when he "took them over" and they literally have him by the proverbials. Meanwhile, he will keep increasing his equity as much as he can afford and also get rid of the CN ASAP (aggressively).
IMO, that's why "the market" has it's present rating on CM8 and Dom knows it.
