By my calculations senior debt of $8.8m means that two more cash payments have been made and I assume a third will be at month end.

So $1.95m reduction in debt for the quarter as promised. Can't complain with this.

I suspect the issue of shares to the vendor is an attempt to demonstrate that the vendors, who intimately know the business, are willing to receive shares and therefore further exposure to the business, instead of cash.
