Back to my point regarding vendors buying back the farm. The issue of 2.2m shares covers 2.5 months of interest, probably up to 31/12/16, and represents 1.25% of the company. Not a bad thing, but interesting, that's all.
Wonder if they will convert the loan plus accrued interedt into shares when it matures next October. That would buy them quite a stake.
