Provided that the fund can maintain occupancy levels and continue to meet interest payments, RBS will be happy (almost grateful) to let APN continue.

That said, I wouldn't expect AEZ to go back to 10 cents any time soon. I view this stock is a bet on European recovery, and that development would appear to be some way off.
