Good ol' asx and ASIC never follow up afterwards and going forward
Obligation to inform when the $ didn't show must be in the fine print in other ann or reports.

They (all small caps) should be forced to specifically update all areas where they have mad claims esp in regards to delays etc and show ASX / ASIC documents as proof.

No wonder the small cap market is the way it is with so much dross that gets funding and other good companies struggling as they don't keep putting out fluff and shiny statements of prospects.
