This is fantastic news, the EGM was held and the resolutions passed that we needed, now once all the shares are transferred to the appropriate bodies, which may take a day or 2, I am unsure of the time it actually takes, then its all systems go, we were only waiting on the finance deal to be finalised, and I would expect the parties involved were not releasing $5 million cash before the shares hit there account, this is why the extension IMO
