@HAC30 @binwood Let me start by saying being invested in VEC over the last two Years has been less than perfect ( Massive Understatement ) Two Years and most are basically back to were it all started SP wise at least. So I'm stepping away from the past ( Binwood ) I appreaciate what you said there buddy , as its only what comes now we should be focusing on.
As for the DFS , 100% agree there , we need to know if what Adidi-Kanga holds can actually be mined , anyone that disagrees is just kidding themselves.
VEC has had the luxury of a already completed Feasibility Study for the development of the Adidi-Kanga Mine ( Under) a inferred mineral resource of 11.9Mt at 7.65g/t gold for 2.9 million ounces, quoted under the SAMREC code.
All completed byAngloGold Astani
AngloGold Ashanti ( After Reviewing ) the PFS Commenced initial mine construction activities with the purchase and delivery to site of 70% of the mechanical equipment proposed to be installed under the Feasibility Study
( So this DFS was not rubbish )
Why did VEC get Adidi-Kanga so cheap ,2012 the writing was on the wall , Anglo needed to consolidate fast ! (The most commonly asked questions , and least researched )

VEC have also had the luxury of the already completed and recorded 173,276m of diamond and RC drilling ( Not fully reported though )

AGM Notes :Q: Between 2005 and 3013 AngloGold Ashanti completed 173,276m of diamond and RC drilling. I noticed that Anglo's drilling was very wide spaced and IMO this has left room for a potential (and considerable) Exploration Resource upgrade. If I am correct, would this be something shareholders could see near term after the Due Diligence has been finalised?
Simon Youds A: Yes Anglogold’s team completed a significant amount of both RC and diamond drilling as part of the approx +US$500 million that they spent on the project.
A lot of that drilling was highly focused on the area in and around what they proposed as the
underground development where drill spacing is between 25m, 50m and at worse 100m.
However in other parts of the license and still very close to this area there is drilling on a 100m and 200m still spacing and in areas which are
(not included in the current 3.2Moz JORC 2012 indicated and inferred resource)
The ‘fly-through’ which was included in the Africa Downunder presentation clearly showed this and clearly showed some fairly larger places where the mylonites - hosting the gold mineralisation - had very little drilling and drilling density.
As part of the work VEC has been doing over the past several months, their resource geologist has been going through the drill and geological database in much much more detail.
Based on this review VEC will be looking
(very quickly after the acquisition is completed) to release an updated Exploration Target based on this review, to give it's shareholders a broader indication of the overall size of the gold potential on the Adidi-Kanga license.
This review has also identified how with a relatively small drilling program VEC can reduce the drilling spacing in some of these areas and once being done, this can potentially allow these areas to be included into a updated JORC 2012 resource statement.
Guess this is what they are on about , only reported a smallish area so far ! So a small drilling program ( Potentially ) to increase the JORC

Underground mine plan were I believe the existing JORC drill spacing is between 25m, 50m and at worse 100m. Thats leaves a lot of area unreported
( Current 3.2Mill JORC ) in and around the Open Pit Areas.

The new Board members are key to the above for me (Ex AngloGold Astani Directors )

Credit were its due , these guys are Red Hot
Sorry JB , but this was a good swap buddy , now got fix up the other plays please Lol !
Wow factor for me is all about the Gold and Grade , I 100% agree with yours and others thoughts, but Massive Gold for me has to come 1st !
I think
@binwood was around the 5Milloz with good grades and
@HAC30 mate you are saying 3.2 is bloody good anyway but a DFS needed to put this thing on the right track. ( 100% ) correct !
Agreed guys , anything between 3.2Mill and 5MillOz is a very good size Gold mine , no question about that ! But for me anything under 10MillOz will be very disappointing , VEC to start with a Exploration upgrade
( What we have ATM ) 4.7g/t to 7.8g/t of gold for 4.7Mozs to 6.8Mozs of contained gold (“Exploration Target”
From all my above research I believe VEC is going to blow the (Existing Exploration Target ) out of the water , and I think I'm safe in saying this will be backed up by about 15 Years of Drilling results and research already available for the Adidi-Kanga site. Backed up by data is the key , not BS figures just made up
The owner of all that data now sits on the VEC Board ( Mr Guy Robert )
Im also very confident that VEC will be able ( As Youds Said ) put together a small infill drilling program to fill in the dots between the widespread drilling that already exists , also ( Unreported ) in the existing 3.2Mill JORC !
Hac , Binwood , Between coffee , calls and some annoying cats jumping on my keyboard , I lost track of what the question was Hahahahahahah
Enjoy your Weekend guys , fingers crossed VEC gets this deal done and we open back up next Week , there is way to much unknown with Adidi-Kanga's potential deposit , and way to much Gold at play to just let this fall to the wayside !
