I know that BK. Just stirring. I think the wording on their announcements is stupid as it says acquisition not completed when they mean finance not completed. If the acquisition is not completed then performance shares attributed to completion should have been paid. However we have discussed all this previous on what constitutes completion. I think there will be a please explain if they can't complete now due to financing falling over. As for JB's other stocks, who knows what his reasoning, motivation is however being a NED with VEC would mean this would be his minor employment I would have thought. Of course he has some vested interests in getting the deal over the line with VEC however as you and others have mentioned previously he can't spread himself too thin or else why would his major employers employ him? I think he has ticked a few boxes this far but a bit too go as well. Particularly with 4ce.
