My point was people are saying its expected him to move on as he is a 'deal maker' and now that the deal is done and acquisition is 'completed' he wouldn't want to be sitting on the board doing nothing, collecting a paycheck and twiddling his thumbs. 

Again I have no issues with JB leaving, my issues are the payment of right's when the acquisition hasn't completed and the timing of his leaving post payment and prior to completion.
