In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information regarding thisrequest:

1. The voluntary suspension is being requested pending an announcement by the Company in relationto the financial completion of the Adidi-Kanga Gold Project acquisition in Democratic Republic ofCongo and details of a proposed equity raising to be completed by way of a share placement;

2. The Company anticipates the suspension to remain in place until the commencement of trading onFriday, 22 February 2019 or when the announcements referred to in paragraph 1 are released to themarket;

3. The event which will end the voluntary suspension are the announcements referred to in paragraph1; and

4. It is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted or any otherinformation necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
