Our curiosity and need for information/certainty will put pressure on the management and the potential partner(s) are skillful negotiators. Any signs of shareholder/time pressure will significantly reduce our negotiation power. I would rather they take more time than conclude deals at lower prices. Just my opinion. 

Let them take whatever time they need to work out the best deal possible.
