Since ANS uses "possible", they may or may not raise funds. However, some parties associated with ANS may buy SDL shares regardless whether ANS will buy or not. This could be a plausible reason why it has been taking so long to make an announcement. ANS may keep begging to buy some shares of SDL at an agreed price.
