    At this point in time they'd be better to update on the legality of the 249D that they were purportedly investigating 7 days! ago instead of misleading SH's that they had this acquisition in the pipelines and ready to go.

    BS - watch us attempt to pull a rabbit out of our hat to distract shareholders ... s**t can someone find us a bloody rabbit ... * smh *
