At the end of the day if the company is trying to return value for shareholders, including the directors as they are all shareholders, what’s the problem? If that means waiting for the deal to go through the ASX (who are also trying to protect shareholders value) then doubly what’s the problem? Patience seems to be a lost virtue in the world.
