Ok if I was a director of the company, one of the things that would be in high priority is to keep shareholders (the ones that pay my wages) informed.
To me it shows lack of respect and concern for those that have put on hard earned dollars into a company and are treated with contempt.
It isnt hard to put out an announcement , considering the company had said we would be trading by the begining of today.
