Like I said previous, CAD were broke and did a financing/share deal which ASIC have pulled them up on so they have to have a backup plan of MRD buying them out/taking them over, otherwise if they lose their court case they will have been trading insolvent as they would need to pay the new money back. Hence, as half the MRD board are on the CAD board, they are saving their own skins!!!

MRD should be able to pick it up for next to nothing but I'm sure they will do a good deal as I'm sure they have plenty of shares in both.

CAD has a Lithium brine prospect near TESLA's Giga factory so it will give the board the opportunity to branch out and collect plenty of frequent flyer points holidaying, sorry, I mean working hard looking over the new tenements (and Las Vegas while they're there).
