REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
The Company refers to its voluntary suspension extension requests of 25 August 2017, 30 August 2017 and 7 September 2017.
The Company remains in discussions with ASX in relation its announcement of 14 August 2017 and responses to ASX’s queries of 23 August 2017 and 21 August 2017 and is preparing an announcement to the market.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:
1. The reason for the suspension extension is in order that the Company can finalise its announcement to the market.
2. The Company requests that the suspension continue until the earlier of the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 being made or commencement of trading on Monday 18 September 2017.
3. The event which will end the suspension is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 being provided.
4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted.
