In most cases companies tend to announce a capital raising after they have sought out underwriters, and the underwriters have sought confirmation from their Subbies, as well as the company understanding the level of support they can expect from their major shareholders. Given the rip roaring success that that the Company received from it's existing Shareholder base, and it's major Shareholders (who appear happy to be continuing to be diluted), after the last capital raising the Company will have to rely at least on a broker using best endeavours, or perhaps Alignment Capital may step up to the plate again and fully or partially underwrite (after all they have done pretty well so far). In any case this should have been sorted before they made the announcement.
Also anyone who is suggesting that they are waiting for results, need to understand that unless the results are announced to the market, anyone underwriting or taking a placement based on information not in the public domain is acting illegally.
