re: Ann: Extension of Time to Hold Annual Gen... I can't imagine that the post merger cash balance will be that flash - however it will be a line in the sand for the merged company going forward. It will then be up to the merged company to sell its story to the market in order to raise additional capital. As you say - the announcement of some good drilling results etc would greatly assist.
