I agree with the need to put up a motion to remove the board and to vote no to these bull shite financing arrangements.

Does anyone know of any legal firm that has experience and success at class actions against greedy, immoral, incompetent, dishonest trash such as we are dealing with at CTL?

I know a class action would take years but I would rather see the whole show (mines and processing plant) shut down and mothballed for how ever long it takes to get this disgusting rot at the top cut out.

Hopefully people who have broken laws and regulations will be charged fined or jailed.

I would hate to see these few greedy shites at the top take over a company with good assets at the expense of 98% of the share holders.
