Flyboy, Have you had a chance to think about why the delay in the paperwork. If the AGM is end of January surely we should have received something by now...
Any idea what they might be up to?
My fear is that shareholders will have given up and will not vote. and I am convinced that is one of the reasons they have dragged this out for so long.
ASIC cannot do anything if shareholders don't vote even if company deliberately make it hard.
Any thoughts?
