Case of Confidence or other...
Diminished Right, What's Left?
What we have here is, the obvious & but not limited to, a failure to communicate...

Guess aside to squeezing the lost souls out(inadvertently or other) is they don't have to be accounted for, officially anyway. The losses attributable to the practices of "professional" individual roles within the organisation diminish & is biz as usual - maybe. The voice is no longer a valid consideration "officially". They took the gamble - but what was the gamble based on huh hmmm yehrrrs..?
Confidence Issues -
- forecast objectives resulting in error or short comings inherently produce the result of Diminishing Value. This co-efficient exists within both "Investor Confidence" & "Market Value" equations.
Entity Competence * Potential(LOM/oz/objectives) = Investor Confidence (DV)
- competence measure by reason including but not limited to objective success, prudence, integrity, reasonability, transparency, directive mojo, accountability etc.
Investor Confidence * Entity Competence * Potential= Market Value (DV)
- investors attribute inadvertently collectively to subsequent market value
Perceivably - diminished confidence effective at the CR party with special agent DV at the door.
Hindsight - trans - Foresight
I propose/argue that if Troy had hit the majority of their targets or planned objectives as per forecast/Directive, coupled with proactive shareholder/investor communication, prudent company policy to operate efficiently to incorporate performance based salary(within reason) that is on a sustainability model rather than whatever it is in its current form then there would not be the current confidence issue and hand in hand down the barrel view. Make the necessary adjustment ffsake...
Positive note - they hit about 3 quarterlies or thereabouts of the forecast oz production per quarter. Good on em - it dangles the carrot of confidence. Better mention the next bBIGg thing I guess at-least they are moving on something even though the wheels are squeaking to the point falling off, lube those F***ers!
Gold Goes Good...
- for the week & as per usual may provide the psychological support for Investors whilst the famous & fantastic five, yes Gerry included, are absent from duty.
Inspiring confidence(measure is there in the extension for the hard of seeing etc) from the then said Investors & the like has not been the strong suit of the mobs credentials as of late(for mine) & even later though with Gold stepping up the steps of good fortune Troy might just get its Rosie red ar*e-cheeks across the proverbial line once again.
Here's to hoping the Gold Pass gets us through the door to prosperity, albeit in tatters, through the 26th & beyond
