Just have to ask yourself how you would feel if management started buying heaps of shares at this price then they came out with a massive deal, or asset buyout a few weeks later. They probably don't know how long negotiations will go for but they certainly would have information that we don't. I would love it if they tipped their hat in now but it has to be fair for the market. They're probably playing it safe and like you said they're already being looked after with shares, and dilution for us.
