I think you AISC numbers look good enough (we are of course just guessimating really), but I think there is very little chance they will even break even this quarter, Dec though should be ok. Again just guess, AISC $1800 in the Sept (not that this will be put to the market, as they have not declared commercial production). Dec 1300, March 1200, June 1200.
Today's announcement for me, is simply GCY (GIR former self) in all its glory, honest, a little lucky, but... not 100% clued in on how to play the markets (i.e capital raising timings).
While I can very much understand that some have a bit of skepticism regarding the timing of the actually release of this result, in the end, you either believe management or you don't, and if I did not I would have sold long ago, perhaps even for a very large profit.
I think they simply got the result and had to announce it.
I sincerely hope the SPP ends up fully subscribed, even though I have no cash to support it personally (if I had been a little wiser I perhaps should have lightened my position when the share price was above $0.50, but it is what it is). Even if it is not, they will now have Insto's willing to take up what is not.
There are wiser heads than me on the GCY threads right now in regards to the result itself. Its ultra high grade, hopefully the follow up drilling will prove its more than just a one hole wonder. However, even if it turns out to be a less than amazing structure overall, it proves that the Dalgaranga belt is worthy of more drilling. Of course, it would be nice if it turned out to be an economic deposit!
