Was expecting 4C to have been released by now, or at least some sort of announcement (ie regarding the progress of Cyberbiz).
Here's hoping the SPP is not extended again. 2 extensions in the space of 2 months doesn't look good.
I personally think Rob Langford should release an ASX announcement, introducing himself to shareholders and telling us, in plain terms (pretend you are talking to a 2year old who knows nothing about computers, the internet or cybersecurity), where he wants to take the Tesserent business over the next 5 years. ie.............
1. Is he planning on making acquisitions?
2. Is he looking at overseas markets?
3. How is the famous Cyberbiz going? Is killer Karen Negus earning her 200k pay cheque? (I'm sure she is)
4. Are Tesserent still in discussions with Tier 1 Telcos? (those discussions have with Tier 1 telcos have been ongoing for at least 12 months as they have been mentioned in several prior ASX announcements dating back over 12 months - talk about a long courtship. The wedding night better be good).
5. Have there been any changes re key Tesserent staff?
6. (Hail Mary request)...........what on earth Keith Glennan was doing selling stock to a fellow shareholder at 10c per share - which was above market price at the time, and is significantly above the current share price.
That shareholder is either really really really smart, or, they have a soft spot for Mr Glennan and believe he is the second coming of Christ, or is a penny short of a shilling. I still can't figure that transaction out.
