re: Ann: Extension of Share Purchase Plan Clo... Can someone kindly indicate Is there two loan facilities, of which neither have been drawn down?
One for $20mil and one for $30 mil.
The first one the broker was paid a year after setting up the loan facility in shares. Is this loan still on foot ie already to be drawdown?
The second loan for $30 mil is still up in the air?

Is Raisama trying to pre-sell some of the oil? And are various contracts still be finalized? What other factors?

Certainly the ord s/holder have time to take up their SPP, or is it likely to be further extended?
