The SPP has nothing to do with the loan drawdown facility.
But what are the issues in connection with this facility?
Is it just a matter of re-rerunning the feasibility of the project?
The $1.5m paid upfront by Raisama is to the sharebroker for organising the SPP? OR is it to the loan facilitator?
Any other risks?
