re: Ann: Extension of Share Purchase Plan Clo... Can I ask you is it likely the sellers are the SPP Underwriter / sub-underwriters OR are they those s/holders who have just received their share alotments?
Also I thought all ord s/holders who apply for SPP received them at the same time - which is mid next month?
Can you also explain the difference between a FID Final Investment Decision and the confirmation of the Loan Drawdown facility. I think they are different - the loan drawdown comes first; then the FID and then the JV partners formal agreement to proceed. Is that right?
