re: Ann: Extension of Share Purchase Plan Clo... They must be trying to get the FID in before the spp closur date, that's the only reason I can see why they are pushing back the date, and the only chance people will subscribe at 9c. So delay seems fairly genuine, otherwise why bother extending it.
