It's pretty obvious that management aren't taking the hint that shareholders have no faith in them.
The only reason they would need to extend it is because not enough people are taking up the offer.

Good management would retract the offer, come up with a viable plan to get the company into a good position, inform shareholder's of this plan IM DETAIL and then put a SPP out there.

Good management would perhaps look outside of the resource sector at an acquisition of somesort to increase shareholder value.

This management team seriously disgusts me and this is probably my worst investment to date..... We await and see if they can turn things around but I'm not holding my breath.
