Ann: Extension of Reconstruction Deed , page-11

Had a response to an email query about progress with the reconstruction. They were meant to report by 31 Dec 2011.
The substance of the email is below.


Trident Capital have advised that they are still making progress in resolving the outstanding issues require the additional time, in that regard I note that a request for an extension to 31 March 2012 was received by Trident last week and is currently being considered by the secured creditors.

Unfortunately this means good news doesn’t look likely before the new year, however I am still holding out for a positive outcome before the end of the financial year.
