Lockstock, I believe you are correct. The setup for payment was quite silly.

Very few personal holders have cheque books these days and not many people have had the time or inclination to utilise bank drafts due to the short notice period and it being Christmas.

I myself had issues figuring out which forms to use, as the forms were not sent out with the notice.

In a sense this is an IPO (recompliance issue) for POW.

They should have allowed for BPay and Credit Card payment.

Here's hoping they will get their act together and have some good news in the new year!
