Having thought about it, I would rather SHE management extend the offer period if they had raised around $2.5m as at the original close date. This would allow them to get closer to $5m by the end of January given the Christmas and New Year close.

Of course, getting to the $5m or even $2.5m will depend on retail and institutional investors getting behind the stock. Given the potential of SHE and how much this CR means to its future, you would think a fair portion of current holders will participate in the CR.
