And like i have said before we do feel for Jason but nothing we can do or say will change things we cant sell there in suspension so what do you want us to do join you crusade or something not happening..... So come on give it a break enouff is enouff. I think there is a bit more to this story then you relise. How about you do your ground work instead of banging on in here. Get the case togother if its as strong as you say it is BLACK AND WHITE AND SO CLEAR Take it to a no win no pay lawyer. Take it to 100 of them. There are ways.... One lawyer will jump on if it is a strong case and there is money to be made in the long term. They might swollow every thing gained but you will get your day in court. As you so desperately chase. But remember the law is a very complex area with grey areas every where so be very careful you dont end up in one very big mess that takes years to resolve and lots of money going to lawyers from you very own pocket. I dont think its as open and shut as you would like it to be Hoji sorry but that is fact. And as for asic they have been heavily under resourced for a wile..... i also think they have a bigger problem on there hands atm with Labour after them & the bank sector problems and election coming up and there hot in the middle. So you may need to just chill and wait your turn it will be on the bottom of a very big pile that has been building up for years . Now Hoji What is your relationships with all of this. Be honest are you Jason???? Lets cut to the chase no BS or are you just a loyal friend????. I would be very careful about the extent you are going to trying to derail this company. Remember there are law's around this that you may be breaking i dont know im not a lawyer but it would be good to hear one come on here and tell is what they think of all of this.. if nothing is proving by asic or a court they might find it in there best interest to hold you to account for all the deramping and slander just to show the share holders its all untrue and get there confidence back that you have help strip away from this company. Remember we are all accountable for what we do and say. And after it all 10 years down the track you will still be pushing the mower or they might even take that and you will be left with scissors. Trust me Lawyers will take the lot. You must ask is it all worth it. Or if you and or jason are so smart have another go innovation is on our door step remember some of the wealthiest people have been bankruptcy 3 or more times. Because they learn from the first 2 times what the mistakes are. So stop being a negative down remper and dont waist another min on this flick of the negative and get back on the positive horse and get building you next big invention. Trust me you will go old and gray very quick with the stress level and unhappy feeling you are draging around with you. Like i have said before you will catch more flies with honey then you will with BS. So hoji leave the BS in the pabbock where it belongs and head for the honey you will be much better off. Remember we only get one chance down here no good spending it all cranky and pent up. Let it go take 3 deep breaths and stand up and walk away from it much better way to handle it.
