Jaded, it is relevant. KNL were partners with the companies placed into va.

KNL and 3dg/3di were joint owners of 3d graphtech.

The creation and announcement of 3d graphtech had a positive effect on KNL's share price.

The CEO of 3dg/3di/333d is John Conidi. He is a director of KNL.

I am giving KNL shareholders some respect by not posting all this on the KNL page even though IMO they should have access to the info. They can get it, it is available to them. That's what is most important.
I just hope they do their own homework.

By the way, I think you have a good reason to not get involved in this one when the one you have is as you say, stagnant.
