Think about what Gordon Gecko(Galt)Did(he thinks he is Gordon Gecko)
He couldn’t wait to take the 90 c a share as an “ independent Director “
With no hidden agenda(lol)
He obviously had legal advice about how bad that looked,and retracted his offer to sell in to the takeover bid.
BUT his initial instinct was to sell out BEFORE the independent review said it was worth twice that much.
What a piece of sh-t.
