Their last recommendation was to REJECT the takeover offer and to TAKE NO ACTION.

Taurus know 90c is inadequate, we just need to be patient.

Taurus can keep extending the offer, but they won't get far at this price.

I think it's safe to assume Realm are still in discussions with other parties about either a takeover (with the support of Taurus) or a placement of shares (to a new investor) so the shares can trade again. We haven't heard any different from the company (they are obligated to update us as per ASX rules). This is why, in my opinion, we have not seem an increase in the offer price from Taurus.
