Who would want to pay .01 cents /share in this Co when there are other better specky shares on offer....no wonder they now want to extend the offer time wise as there were probably no takers up of the placement..........I wonder what they will do now if there are no takers to put funds in the kitty....could the whole Deed Arrangement etc etc fall over and the Co will fold ??????????............
