This RUM announcement is a good read and certainly pulls no punches. The case for accepting the RUM offer is IMO compelling as the alternative for CEN is to raise additional funds in the near term and lots more in the medium term.
I think CEN Directors would be hard pressed to raise the required funds in the present market, unless it was done at a massive discount.
