Ann: Extension of end date of EPC Contract with CMEC, page-7

Another 7 months down the track and no update on the status of the Donald EPC ... despite the end date of the contract extension period again being reached.

Instead of another extension notice (this would be the 5th extension since the EPC framework announcement in April 2014!), how about a detailed explanation of the EPC's status, what conditions precedent remain unmet and why, and a realistic time frame for either getting the project EPC signed off or abandoning it and looking to other options to develop the DMS project.

At least with that info shareholders will be able to make a reasonably informed call as to whether we continue to hold ATR for the potential of DMS or to move on to other opportunities in the mineral sands space.
