Money is made just as much in the proper planning of a very large project such as Donald, as in the execution. I'm glad they've taken the time to look at fine-tuning their processes, project economics and funding arrangements. Work done now should pay itself many times over down the track.
The market is clearly bored by their progress, but they've made good progress. Therein lies the investing opportunity.
