Yeah, it seems like a great asset, but hasn't progressed in years. They spent $17 million on water usage rights in about 2012 if my memory serves me right, so clearly thought it would go somewhere at that point. But i think mineral sands prices have been in the duldrums for the last 4-5 years. I think there's been a slow recovery, and given it's a 30 year mine, at some point it'll look attractive to an investor. When it does, it will more likely be a $100+ million assest, making the current market cap a joke.
