I'm not an Aurium options holder, but I'm not too sure what you mean by losing the lot. According to the Scheme Booklet:
"If the Option Scheme is approved, as it will not be implemented prior to 30 September 2012 , the Aurium Listed Options will have lapsed in accordance with their terms. In this case, to implement the Option Scheme, it will not be necessary for Aurium Listed Optionholders to transfer their options to Padbury under the Option Scheme. They will be issued with New Padbury Options in recognition of their support of the Option Scheme and the lapsing of their Aurium Listed Options.”
