I got the feeling. It is now GMC turn to play hard ball.
Milestones is referring to DSO, As Indonesian partner, JGI support to help GMC to speed up this process. But has been invaluable role in doing so. GMC now looking for alternative source maybe eg: Bayan.
I dont know just reading the anns again and again to hint for clue.
