I had been expecting an announcement by the end of September, that being the expiry date for the original standstill agreement even though PDN has been under administration. Judging by the previous behaviour of certain parties, Woods will not have an easy ride through negotiations with such parties. On the positive side, at least PDN still has a pulse and remains on life support, there being signal of intent for restructure and survival if possible.
