I've emailed the company and asked for this to be addressed by the Board at the AGM.
Reading between the lines with the # of shares that Ted now owns, it's fair to assume that at a minimum if he were not to continue as CEO, that he would stay on at the Board level. Ted has the endorsement from substantial shareholders and the Board (one thing he didn't have at Hills).
I am of the opinion that he will continue on as CEO, as the company is far from his vision being completed and unless he finds a more capable CEO to deliver the company's new strategy, why would he step down?
