Your comments have gone from factual to blatant deramping . What do you hope to achieve by that ?

The plan in the U.S. which Empire have consistently stated in their documentation for the last 4 years at least has always been to purchase long lived , conventional production assets with upside potential which are estimated to meet certain maximum pay back period criteria (which was 3 years if I remember correctly) .


So contrary to what you state there is a plan which is not dependent on NY or NT overrturning frac'ing bans . That is the only place where MacQ facility funds can go .

U.S. shale prospectivity was a happy coincidence but assets were purchased on the basis of conventional prospectivity .
